He has worked extensively across Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Europe, supporting organisations, teams and individuals operating in complex, remote and high-risk environments. His experience spans executive protection, crisis management, crowd safety, travel risk and large-scale international event operations.
Wayne currently leads Security, Safety and Risk Resilience functions at a global level, overseeing high-profile, televised events, VIP environments and multi-agency operations, while driving the development of integrated risk frameworks aligned to international standards.
